Order Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

At Lockout India, we value all of the designs and specifications we create. If you do not like the product, have a space limitation, or wish to purchase another product, you may only cancel your order under the following situations and in the following manner:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Cancellation Prior to Dispatch<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  • You can cancel any product purchase at any time before it is dispatched<\/strong> by calling our customer care number +91-9999656979<\/strong> and choosing the \u2018cancel order\u2019<\/strong> option from your registered mobile number.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • All payments will be refunded for cancellations made before a Dispatch Attempt, according to Lockout India\u2019s<\/strong> return policy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • A confirmation call will be made before dispatch. After this call, the customer cannot cancel the order.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    2. Cancellation at the Time of Delivery<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    • If the product has a defect, you have the option to return it at the time of delivery. The item will be replaced at no cost to you.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • It is not possible<\/strong> to cancel an order if there is no damage or manufacturing defect<\/strong> at the time of delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      3. Post-Delivery Cancellation<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      • It is not possible<\/strong> to cancel an order once it has been delivered.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • We ensure that the product you order is the product delivered to you.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Note:<\/strong> No cancellation charges will be applied or deducted from the paid amount if you cancel your purchase before Dispatch<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • The original packaging, including all accessories and documentation, must be included.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Please note: Customized, made-to-order, clearance, or sale items may not<\/strong> be eligible for a refund unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          Return Process<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

          To initiate a refund request:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          1. Refund will only be applicable if the product is damaged or different at the time of delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          2. Contact our customer support team to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)<\/strong> number.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          4. Clearly mark the RMA number<\/strong> on the outside of the package.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          5. Ship the package to the return address provided by our customer support team.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            Note:<\/strong> Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Refund Processing<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

            • Once we receive the returned product and verify it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process the refund using the original payment method.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Refund will be processed within 7 days.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
