Butterfly Valve Lockout made of UV-stabilized polypropylene, designed for secure isolation of valve handles. Features 12 locking slots on the lower part and 6 holes on the upper section. Accommodates lever handles up to 25 mm in height and 48 mm in width with a 50x50 mm tapered cutout. Total length: 300 mm. Rugged and reliable for industrial LOTO use.
